Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on LeapflowX, owned and operated by LEAPFLOWX PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be initiated in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or physically different from what was ordered.
• The wrong book/edition was delivered.
• The order was lost in transit or never delivered.
• The order is cancelled before it has been shipped (see our Cancellation Policy).

2. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by writing to support@leapflowx.in or via our Contact Us page, along with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damaged/incorrect item.

3. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI after the account details are shared with us.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after the order has been shipped/delivered without any defect.
• Delay caused solely by courier/logistics partners beyond our reasonable control, where the item is eventually delivered in good condition.
• Books returned without original packaging, or in used/damaged condition caused by the customer.
